At DVS Shoe Company, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new skate shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and pack them securely inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
